Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the initial subscription payment
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
• Renewal payments are not eligible for the money-back guarantee
• Refunds for renewals may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested before the renewal date

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] with your account email and "Refund Request" in the subject
2. We'll confirm your eligibility and process the refund
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

After Refund

• Your Pro license will be cancelled immediately
• ShopTune reverts to the free version — your site keeps working, the Pro tabs lock
• Your account and data remain intact — you can repurchase anytime
