1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WooPlugs services, purchasing a subscription, or installing the WooPlugs Hub plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
WooPlugs provides WordPress/WooCommerce plugin modules delivered through the WooPlugs Hub plugin. Services include module downloads, updates, license management, and customer support.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
- Prices are in USD. Bundle and period discounts are applied automatically
- You may add or remove modules from your subscription at any time — changes take effect on the next billing cycle
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period
4. License
- Each license is domain-locked to the number of domains included in your plan
- Licenses are non-transferable between accounts
- Development and staging domains are free and do not count toward your domain limit
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense modules
5. Preview Mode
Preview mode provides limited functionality of each module at no cost. Preview mode is intended for evaluation purposes only and should not be relied upon for production use.
6. Cancellation & Dunning
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period with automatic retry
- After 7 days of failed payments, module access is reverted to preview mode
- No data is deleted during dunning — reactivate anytime to restore full access
7. Intellectual Property
WooPlugs modules are proprietary software. You receive a license to use the software, not ownership. The source code, design, and documentation remain the property of WooPlugs.
8. Limitation of Liability
WooPlugs is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
